When we said the production of Stargirl starts in February, we meant it! Casting news seems almost daily now as the show begins to set the stage for a new younger JSA generation to take over. We've already got our Starman (Joel McHale), Hourman (Lou Ferrigno Jr) and Wildcat (Brian Stapf). Today, Entertainment Weekly has learned that Dr. Midnite has been cast. He will be played by Netflix's Haunting on Hill House alum, Henry Thomas. Dr. Midnite is also a founding member of the Justice Society of America and is described as:
The introspective surgeon Dr. Charles McNider, Dr. Mid-Nite is a brilliant and forward-thinking medical pioneer, and a founding member of the JSA. With his trusty owl, he acts as the team’s resident doctor and detective.
