Well, regardless of how his character plays out, Joel McHale (Starman/Sylvester/who knows) is keeping busy with other TV appearances and gigs such as hosting the second season of the reboot of Card Sharks on ABC Sunday nights at 10 EST.

There have been changes to the game...aside from the obvious in the studio due to Covid-19/China Virus.

For one thing, players now have to call 7 hi-low cards to win the game in the main game instead of 10 from the first season. And at the final round, The Money Cards, if you get a double, which is two cards of the same value (say you risk all your money on an Ace, call it lower, and the next card is an ace), you don't win or lose, it's a push. The top prize is still $640,000.

And also, you can experience what its like playing Card Sharks with a new home version of the show from the people at Endless Games.

Did they actually show Starman die? I didn't think they did. He may have decided to abandon the staff and go into self imposed exile when his friends were killed by the ISA.

I definitely do not believe it's the real Starman. It's someone looking for them. I can't help but think that maybe Courtney's real father fits into all this too.

A new villain we haven't met yet, at least in the show perhaps.
